| The Hideaway is
situated at Woodside, in the heart of the Blackdown Hills, an area
of outstanding natural beauty. The property is self contained with
everything to make your visit a pleasure. Being on one level, the Hideaway
sleeps two (double bed). The sitting room has a television and
comfortable seating and table lamps and a choice of books creating
a cosy picture. A woodburning stove keeps the property warm and
comfortable.

| The bathroom has a
shower, vanity unit, electric fan heater, shaver point and constant
hot water. Electric heaters are available to warm the property on
summer evenings.
The kitchen has an electric cooker,
fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave. A tumble dryer is
available next door if required. |

Adjoining are
private grounds of 6 acres and large gardens, in the spring a
picture with bulbs, daffodils and bluebells, there is also your own
private garden with picnic table and deckchairs. Two trout lakes are
within 5 miles of the Hideaway. In the summer, roses and shrubs add
their colour to the hanging baskets and tubs to make a colouful
display. Close by (100 yards) is an attractive small lake with
fishing only available to visitors staying at the Hideaway. |

| The area
around the
lake is a naturalist's dream, with wild flowers, plant life, birds
(including kingfishers) and the quiet surroundings attract even roe
deer.
A pleasant ten minute walk will bring
you to the village pub where meals and a carvery are available and a
shop selling papers and a wide variety of goods is about a mile
away. |

| The property
being
12 miles from many beaches and just over half an hours drive from
Exmoor with its delightful walks and country pubs. Five miles away,
Honiton is an interesting town with many antique shops, lace museum,
pottery, golf course and swimming pool.
Everything is included in the price,
duvets, bed linen (not bath towels), electricity, logs, fishing. At
certain times of the year organically grown vegetables will be
available free. |

This is a private
residence, with no agent's fees to pay or hidden extras. When
booking, a deposit of 25% is required and will be acknowledged
together with directions for reaching the Hideaway. The final
payment is due 42 days before arrival.
Visitors are asked to vacate the
Hideaway as close to 10am as possible and not to arrive before
1.00pm in order to allow the owners time to prepare the premises. |

birds nest at or visit Woodside and Roe Deer, Badgers, Foxes,
Grass Snakes, Slow Worms, Bankvoles and Dormice can also be
seen.
- A Chiminea Oven is
in the wild life garden for barbecues.
